My grandmother wants to make my Wedding Veil... What is a good material other than netting that looks modern and pretty?

There is nothing more special than having a part of your wedding ,with the special touch of your grandmother. But yes there is a choice in material for your veil, a sheer satin material would be very pretty, not to many people these days are into the net material , it was lovely in it's time. What ever color you have for your dress just let the veil be a very light shade of that color, if you wear white then that very simple and very pretty, remember you will walk down the isle with someone and after you get to your groom you will be alright and there is where the veil will be unveiled, So don't be afraid to experiment as well with different materials you and your grandmother could have a good time at the material store.
