Stretch before you cycle

As with any work out or sport which ever it may be, cycling
is a vigorous work out even if you do it everyday it feels the
same the next day. to keep your joints and muscles, ligaments,
bones, that in itself is a job but a very rewarding one and you
stay fit for so many years by following, a very simple regimen.
Of course you will start the day with your multivitamin w/iron.
Eat Grain/ Bran/ Whatever healthy cereals you like, just make
sure they are very low in fat / sodium / . The same with your
juice in the morning or actually whenever you like juice, just
make sure there is no added sugar you can always use splenda if
your juice isn't sweet enough and stick to 100% NO concentrate.
Stetches to get your body ready for the bycycle, stand straight
feet about 2 ft. apart raise both arms up and stretch, then relax
and bend to touch your left foot palms flat on top your foot,
then do to the right repeat 10 times each side if you can.
then sit on the padded floor and do the same stetches again.
then you can lightly jog in place just til you feel confident
that your muscles wont lock up on you when you get on the bike.
as with anything else you can't just jump in without being ready
for those unwanted consequences. nutrition plays a very big part
you want vitamine D and carbohydrates, but NO sodium, NO fat
NO red meat and lots and lots of steamed veggies and lots of fresh
fruit, i hope this doesn't bore you but if you are a sweet eater
I know all the most wonderful recipt's for even you, I took
care of a diabetic woman for 5 years i was her only cook.
Hint SLENDA is truly a life saver.
